- Within the Sales & Services Setup menu, search for an option related to managing ports. It may be labeled as Manage Ports.
- Once you locate the "Manage Ports" option, click on it to access the ports management module.

- Upon entering the ports management module, you will likely see a list of existing ports that are currently managed within the Proffit ERP system.
- Look for an option such as "Add New Port" or "Create New". Click on it to initiate the process of adding a new port.

After entering all the required information, save the new port by clicking on the "Add Port" button.

- Click on the name or details of the port you want to Edit from the list displayed.
- Click on the name or details of the port you want to delete from the list displayed.
